We are a 3rd generation builders and still operating as a father and son business 42 years on. Most of our work is local covering Wanstead, Loughton, Epping, Ongar, Theydon Bois, Brentwood and surrounding areas.
We specialise in loft conversions, new builds, extensions and conservatories. We take a personal approach with every build we undertake and welcome the input from clients throughout every stage in the build. This ensures great communication and 100% satisfaction on completion.
More recently we have completed a large project comprising of a loft conversion with en-suite, 2 new bathrooms, kitchen extension and utility room.
We also undertake large scale projects such as our most recent build. Our client had approximately 5 meters of land at the side of the property. With careful architectural planning in keeping with the surrounding Victorian properties, we created a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house, built using Old London Stocks.

Before accepting a quotation, you are invited to visit any of our previous works to inspect the quality of our workmanship and a chance to talk with previous clients. If you decide to go with another builder we advise you to do the same and be wary if any building company asks for a deposit before work has begun. THEYDON BUILDERS does 1-2 weeks before first payment.
